Before First Use

Preheating Tips
For best cooking performance:

Proper Heat Settings
CoreClad tri-ply cookware heats efficiently and retains heat well. High heat is rarely necessary. Recommended settings:

Medium-high heat: searing
Excessive high heat may cause:

Everyday Cleaning
Allow cookware to cool before washing.
Wash using:

Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Dishwasher Use
Dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended to help preserve the cookware’s appearance and finish.
Removing Stuck Food
Water and Dish Soap Method

Fill cookware with warm water.

Add mild dish soap.

Allow to soak.
-
Use a non-abrasive sponge.
Baking Soda and Vinegar Method

Cover the bottom of the pan with water and white vinegar in equal parts.
-
Bring to a boil on the stovetop.
-
Add baking soda and stir, letting it simmer for about a minute.
-
Remove from the heat and let the pan cool for a few minutes.

Scrub the pan with a sponge or soft brush and wash with dish soap.
Baking Soda Paste Method

Remove loose food debris from the pan.

Make a paste of baking soda and a small amount of water.
-
Spread it on the affected area and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Scrub the burnt area with the paste using a soft brush or sponge.

Rinse the pan well, and repeat if necessary.
For tougher stains, use a stainless steel cleaner following manufacturer instructions.
Removing Rainbow or Blue Tint
Rainbow or blue discoloration is caused by high heat exposure and is common with stainless steel cookware.

Add a small amount of white vinegar to a soft cloth or sponge

Gently rub the affected area

Rinse thoroughly with warm water

Dry completely
For tougher discoloration, use a stainless steel cleaner following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Removing White Spots
White spots or cloudy marks are typically caused by minerals in water or salt added before water boils.

Mix equal parts water and white vinegar

Apply to affected area or simmer mixture briefly in cookware

Wash with warm soapy water

To help prevent white spots:

Add salt only after water has reached a boil

Removing Browning or Dark Stains

Minor surface scratches from normal use or stacking are cosmetic and do not affect performance.
Lid Storage
Store glass lids carefully to help prevent chipping or breakage.
Avoid:

Storing lids where they may shift or fall

Exposing hot glass lids to sudden temperature changes
Long-Term Storage
If storing cookware for extended periods:

Ensure cookware is completely dry

Store in a cool, dry location

Hanging Storage
