The CoreClad Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Skillet Nonstick Set is built for the way kitchens actually work. Fast heat, even results, and nothing to replace in a few years. Available in an uncoated stainless interior or a PFAS-free ceramic nonstick finish.
Every CoreClad skillet starts in the same place. Three fully bonded layers. 18/10 stainless steel exterior, aluminum core, stainless steel base. Edge to edge. Not a disc bonded to the bottom. Not a single-ply pan with a marketing story. Full clad construction that distributes heat evenly across the entire cooking surface from the first use to the hundredth.
The mirror-polished exterior is the same hardened finish across the Seville line. It resists surface oxidation and maintains appearance with standard care. The Seville handle is riveted stainless steel with a substantial full-grip profile. Built for confident handling across every pan size. Stays cooler than solid handle alternatives because of its hollow construction.
The Nonstick interior is a PFAS-free ceramic coating applied over the stainless base. PFOA-free, PFOS-free, and PTFE-free. It releases food cleanly with minimal oil and cleans quickly after use. The tri-ply body means the heat behavior is identical to the uncoated version. Even distribution, no hot spots, consistent results regardless of which finish you choose.
This includes a 9-inch and an 11-inch skillet. Both are oven safe to 500°F. Both work on all cooktops including induction.
