Tri-ply clad construction bonded from base to rim with a stainless steel interior. Features a substantial Seville full-grip handle and a matching stainless steel G-type lid. Engineered for even heat distribution and high-capacity searing.

The exterior is constructed from induction-compatible stainless steel. A full-body aluminum core ensures responsive heat control across the base and up the sidewalls. The interior features a plain stainless steel cooking surface for high-heat searing and deglazing.

The Seville handle features a riveted stainless steel construction with a substantial full-grip profile. Designed for confident handling across every pan size, the handle stays cooler than solid handle alternatives due to its hollow build. The included G-type stainless steel lid fits securely to retain moisture and heat. This pan is compatible with gas, electric, and induction cooktops. It is oven and broiler safe up to 500°F. Dishwasher safe. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Care & Use
