The CoreClad 5 Quart Casserole starts with the same construction foundation as every pan in the Seville line. Three fully bonded layers. 18/10 stainless steel interior, aluminum core, stainless steel exterior. Edge to edge. The aluminum core distributes heat evenly across the entire base and up the walls, which matters in a casserole because uneven heat means uneven cooking on soups, stews, and braises.

The stainless steel steamer insert sits inside the casserole and converts it into a complete steaming setup without requiring a separate pot. Vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and grains all steam cleanly above the boiling water below. The perforated insert allows consistent steam circulation and lifts out easily when not in use.

The tempered glass lid lets you monitor the cook without lifting it and losing heat. It fits both the casserole and the steamer insert configuration. The dual loop handles are riveted, low-profile, and stay cooler longer than solid cast handles because of their construction geometry.

Oven safe to 500°F without lid. Compatible with all cooktops including induction. Dishwasher safe with hand wash recommended for longevity.
