Every piece in the CoreClad Cookware Set is built to the same standard. Three fully bonded layers. 18/10 stainless steel interior, aluminum core, stainless steel exterior. Edge to edge. The aluminum core distributes heat evenly across the base and up the walls of every piece in the set — skillets, saucepans, and Dutch oven included.

The mirror-polished exterior is the same hardened finish across the Seville line. The brushed satin interior resists staining and discoloration and cleans without special treatment. Tempered glass lids retain heat and moisture and let you monitor the cook without lifting them.

The 10 Piece set covers the core tasks. Sautéing, simmering, frying, and braising with a Dutch oven, saucepan, sauté pan, and skillet plus matching lids and four pan protectors for storage.

This set is oven safe to 500°F without lids and works on all cooktops including induction. It is also dishwasher safe with hand wash recommended for longevity.
