A stock pot does one thing well or it does not. The CoreClad Tri-Ply Stock Pot starts with the same construction as every pan in the Seville line. Three fully bonded layers. 18/10 stainless steel interior, aluminum core, stainless steel exterior. Edge to edge. The aluminum core distributes heat evenly across the base and up the walls, which matters in a stock pot because a single-ply pot will scorch on the bottom before the contents are fully heated through.

The mirror-polished exterior is the same hardened finish across the CoreClad Seville line. The brushed satin interior resists staining and discoloration over time and cleans without special treatment. The tempered glass lid retains heat and moisture and lets you monitor the cook without lifting it.

The dual loop handles are riveted and low-profile. They are built for the weight of a full pot and stay cooler than solid cast alternatives.

The 8 Quart is the everyday workhorse. Soups, stews, pasta, and batch cooking for a household. The 12 Quart handles larger volumes. Stocks, seafood boils, and anything that needs room to move.

Both are oven safe to 500°F without the lid. Both work on all cooktops including induction. Both are dishwasher safe with hand wash recommended for longevity.
